About Sophie

Sophie Plato is a movement and wellness coach, educator, and founder of RESeT®.
She helps people reconnect with their bodies — not through punishment or pressure, but through intelligent, nourishing movement that builds strength, awareness, and long-term resilience.

Her work blends functional movement, Pilates, breathwork, and nervous system regulation to support the whole person — body, mind, and energy. Whether someone is rebuilding after injury, managing stress, navigating hormonal changes, or simply seeking to move and live better, Sophie meets them where they are.

Sophie doesn’t just teach Pilates. She coaches people to move in a way that nourishes their body, mind, and nervous system — so they can feel better, move more freely, and thrive.

A Whole-Body, Whole-Life Approach

For over a decade, Sophie has guided clients of all ages and stages — from desk-bound professionals to postpartum mums to active older adults. She works with both men and women, tailoring her coaching to individual needs. Her specialist pelvic health workshops provide a safe, empowering space for women — but her wider practice is inclusive and focused on functional support for all bodies.

The RESeT® Philosophy

RESeT® isn’t just a method — it’s a mindset. Whether through 1:1 coaching, weekly classes, or immersive retreats, Sophie helps people pause, breathe, move, and reconnect. From deep core work to spine care, from gentle mobility to dynamic flow, everything she offers is grounded in education and empowerment.

Retreats in the Alps

Sophie also hosts transformational RESeT® retreats in the French Alps — full-body resets combining mindful movement, nourishing food, guided walking, educational workshops, and holistic treatments. These immersive experiences are open to individuals, private groups, or corporate teams looking to reconnect with wellbeing on every level.
